We worked with Luis Guzman during a very challenging time for home buyers and he exceeded our expectations throughout the process. Something we appreciated off the bat was that he was always on time to appointments, communicative, and flexible around our schedules. We looked at a ton of homes too, not all of which even aligned with our initial wants. He was always patient with us and sometimes was a welcome voice of reason that grounded us back to why we started looking and what we needed out of a property. As first time home buyers, we came in knowing next to nothing about the real estate process. When we started making offers, Luis was able to educate us on the tools we had available other than cash to make a compelling bid. Throughout the offer process, it always felt like Luis had our best interests at heart. He consistently advised us on aspects of home buying that could open up financial risk and how to mitigate it if we wanted to move forward. His advice and knowledge of the market were extremely valuable. At the end of the process, we couldn’t believe the deal that Luis landed for us and we were very thankful we didn’t overextend ourselves. We got a great home with exactly the space we wanted and in our target neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier and we'd recommend Luis to anyone.

We met Luis at an open house and within a couple of months of talking to him; we were able to close our home.He was easy going and was able to work with our schedules as well. One thing that stood out about him was his local knowledge. He was able to tell us about the areas when asked about and give us very useful suggestions based on ourpreferences. What we really liked from him was his input, he would let us know if it was less likely to match our preferences.He also helped us arrange an inspection and was present with us when the inspection was happening. He also thoroughly explainedthe process of how to place an offer and that knowledge helped us submit a good offer. This was very different from our experience with a past agent who would advice to put in a lot of money just to beat out the other offer in an already hot market. Once we had an offer, he scheduled weekly touch bases with us to explain what was happening behind the scenes and to answer any questions if we had any. All of these helped us tremendously throughout the process and we are glad he did that. During our closing, things were moving very fast. This made it super hard for us to understand the paperwork. I wish that if we had more clarity on the process after the offer was accepted, it would have helped us understand the process and expectations better. Regardless, we were super happy to work with Luis and wish him great success.

Buy a house is the biggest event in our life. We did try a couple of agents but no one like Luis take so much time and patient to help us to get the best house with best price. He took time to know what is our requirements and delicate prepare documents to help us know more information about each house we are interested in.
