Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

SuperPresence (“SuperPresence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) helps professionals turn their work into a website, local SEO content, Google Business Profile posts, social media posts and review requests, and publish them on a schedule. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us process it, and how you can delete it.

Information we collect

From you

  • Account information: your name, email address and password (stored by our sign-in provider), or your Google profile if you sign in with Google.
  • Website content: the profile, photos, listings, portfolio, testimonials, blog posts and other content you add to your SuperPresence website.
  • Links and files you share: the public links (such as your website, listings, portfolio or a listing-site profile like Zillow), text, documents and photos you give us. We read the public pages you link to and use what we find to create your website and content.
  • Your customers’ contact details: when you send review requests, the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the customers you choose, and details of the job the request is about.
  • Schedule and settings: the content you approve, the channels you choose and when it should be published.
  • Domain registration details: if you get a custom domain through us, the owner contact details the registrar requires.

From connected accounts

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or your Google Business Profile, we receive access tokens and basic account details (account, Page or location id, name, username and profile picture) from that platform. We use them to publish the content you schedule, to show you which accounts are connected and, if you use our reporting features, to show you how your content performs (such as views, impressions and clicks). Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We never publish anything you have not scheduled.

From visitors to your website

When someone submits a form on your SuperPresence website (for example a contact, home value or market report request), we store what they enter, such as name, email, phone, address and message, and show it to you in your Leads. We process this information on your behalf; you decide how to follow up. See If you visit a website made with SuperPresence.

About people who receive your review requests

When you send a review request, we use the contact details you provide to deliver it by email or text message on your behalf, and record whether it was delivered and opened so we can send any follow-ups you set up. Recipients can opt out of further requests at any time. We do not use your customers’ details for any other purpose.

Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited and features used in the app, to understand and improve the product.
  • Device data: browser, operating system and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies: to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use information

  • To provide the service: build and host your website, create your blog content, posts and review requests, publish content to the accounts you connect on your schedule, send review requests, and deliver your leads.
  • To generate content with AI: your links, files, photos and website content are sent to our AI provider to write and design your website, blog content, posts and review messages, and to extract details from the pages you link to.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the service.

We do not sell personal information.

Who processes information for us

We share information only with providers that help us run SuperPresence, and only as needed to do so:

  • Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database), Google Cloud (hosting, background processing, AI generation with Gemini), Amazon Web Services (image rendering), Cloudflare (website hosting, file storage, domain registration).
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn and Google (Business Profile), when you connect an account and publish to it.
  • A listing-data provider, when you import a listing-site profile.
  • Our email and text-message providers, to send service emails and the review requests you send.
  • PostHog (product analytics).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

If you visit a website made with SuperPresence

Websites made with SuperPresence belong to the professional who publishes them, such as a real estate agent, adviser or coach. We build and host the website for them.

  • What we collect: when you send a form on one of these websites (for example to ask a question or request a home value or a report), we store what you enter, such as your name, email, phone, address and message, and deliver it to that professional. To stop spam, we briefly use your IP address to limit how many forms can be sent in a row.
  • Who decides how it’s used: the professional. They decide how to follow up with you, and their own privacy practices apply to what they do with your information. We handle it only on their behalf, to run their website and deliver their messages. We do not sell it, use it to market to you, or share it except with the providers listed above that help us run the service.
  • No tracking: these websites do not set cookies or use advertising or cross-site tracking. We may count visits with cookie-free analytics that do not identify you. Some pages load tools from other companies, such as fonts from Google Fonts or a booking calendar or video the professional adds; those follow their own privacy policies.
  • How long we keep it: while the professional’s SuperPresence account is open; it is deleted with their account.
  • Your choices: to see, correct or delete what you sent, contact the professional, or email [email protected] and we will help.

Your published website

Content you publish on your SuperPresence website is public and can be seen, copied and indexed by anyone, including search engines and AI assistants. Unpublish or remove content you no longer want public.

Retention and deletion

  • We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service.
  • Disconnecting a connected account deletes its stored tokens and account details immediately. See Data deletion for removing our access from Facebook or Instagram directly.
  • You can delete your customers’ contact details from your account at any time; they are also deleted with your account.
  • To delete your SuperPresence account and its data, email [email protected]. We delete account data within 30 days; backups are removed within 60 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we will respond as required by law.

Children

SuperPresence is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
